I was talking about the S supports though. I remember seeing that post. I remember that you couldn't figure out the S support issue.

I think the S Support issue is related to the DLC units themselves, because even adding supports through GameData.bin has the same exact result for DLC units.

Okay, I'm very new to this and have a quick question. I have all three paths, and used a conquest cartridge. Does this patch work on revalations? Or do i need to make separate number.romfs files for those?

Okay threadviewers. I had to redump Conquest. Followed all instructions on the video and my personal notes but still, HANS won't boot the game. My romfs path is valid, apparently, as it doesn't show any errors...

Am I missing a file somewhere? did replacing the GameData file fail? I'm going to try again later but any help appreciated.

HANS is very picky with Fates. It either works or it doesn't. *shrug*

Ok, so for everyone who couldn't get the hack running with hans and instead got infinite black screen, I think I figured out the problem. It's the Homebrew Launcher entry point, that's it. I switched from browserhax to supermysterychunkhax and now I no longer get the infinite black screen. I don't know for sure if it's just that browserhax doesn't work or...? But I do know that ninjhax, OoThax, and supermysterychunkhax all work because they all run... ninjhax, just in different ways. So if you want to play FEF hacks then I suggest you find yourself a different entry point other than browserhax because that's what causes the infinite black screen.

Now, if there was someone who could show me how to edit support text, or in-game text in general, then that would be swell.

There's no swapping involved, no, all the vanilla supports are still there.

Great, thanks. I'm having trouble getting it to work though. I overwrote the files in extracted romfs but it throws an error on boot. Tried a lot of times through both HANS and creating a CIA. What did I do wrong?

It's a bit tough to say without any more detail than that. If you laid out exactly what you did in the installation process it would be helpful.

Tried to mod Fire Emblem Fates: Special Edition USA but it's not working. I decrypted and extracted the files, overwrote the files from the SSM mod, rebuilt it (Tried HANS but that threw an error when I renamed the CustomRomFS.bin to [titleid] .romfs) into a .cia, and then installed. The error was the same each time

Ryoma and Kaze was a much needed support option, tbh. Why does Xander get Kaze? Why does Ryoma get Silas? Leo and Kaze. That's an interesting choice. I can just image the conversations between Camilla and Sakura.

Do anyone know how I can make this into a .cia?
