Yes, first it will be released on Noitora's site, then here. There will be a post here to tell you that it has been released.

It's Wyvern Rider and Wyvern Lord.

Translate the Kana and you'll see how it doesn't add into Wyvern.

NoA changed it because they felt having Dragons that weren't Mamkutes and Dragons that were would be confusing. Despite them actually being the same thing--it's not really a big deal, other than taking liberty with a translation or sticking to what it actually is. What is a problem, though, is when an actual Wyvern Knight was introduced, and NoA had to make something up for that too.

it works, i tried

and i won my match to

school + work = shit so there wont be much progress from me during the week
but on the weekend i will try and give my stuff to Noitora

The font is missing some single-byte english letters. They want to add the missing characters, but there's some sort of compression on the tile graphics.
