Hacking fire card

HI can anybody help with this.

My ds does not reconize when the fire card is in,i have tryed cleaning it etc but still no good.If i put a different card in then cooect up to pc then put faulty card back in it comes up unknown flash ? Im not a computer wiz has you can see !!!

o.o a firecard..... thats pretty shit ya know should have gotten an acekard or edge but i say the card id faulty
