OK, so I've been playing FFIII for a few hours, got into the Sealed Cave, rescued the princess, and fought the Djinn. Beat him easy, the crystal warps my party into the crystal chamber, and it says it's going to grant me the last of it's powers of light. Sweet, I think!

Then the credits roll?

WTF?

So I turn the game off, then restart my save, rush through the Cave, beat Djinn ...

... credits roll again? What the hell?

I try a THIRD TIME, this time make sure that I explore EVERYTHING in the cave, I find everything, beat Djinn ... and the fucking credits roll!!

So I leave it running and start a Google search, and then when I look back at the DS, it's back at the normal game screen? YAY, I get the continue playing after all!

What is up with running a bunch of credits right in the middle? I watched the intro, why again?

I haven't played an RPG like this in quite some time ... is that normal?

EVERY Final Fantasy game before VII has credits in the beginning. The part before the credits is called prologue.

I believe it happens because that is the officail starting of the game. The beginning part was just practice. That what I though it was.

Credit rolls are so unappreciated by the youth nowadays... you should've layed back, turned the volume up and enjoyed one of those wonderful composed musical track the final fantasy games have..

I LOVE FF music ... and I was enjoying it ... but I was so confused!

I honestly don't remember credit rolls in other FF games ... huh ... my memory must be terrible!

lol I can't believe you played through it 3 times... LMAO!
/me throws cream pie at nloding

Yeah, I can't either ... but in my defense, all I had to do was wander until I found Djinn, I didn't have to find all the chests and whatnot ... I did have a save before that point.

That doesn't mean I wasn't stupid this morning in doing that!
