Hacking Few questions for EZ 3 in 1

Ok, so, I have a few Q's.

1. Will the 3 in 1 work with the new kernels of the R4? Someone told me they wouldn't, so i'm jw.

2. If i have a R4 and Micro SD card, will i need anything else besides the EZ 3 in 1 cart to play the GBA games?

3. Once i have the GBA EZ cart, where do i paste the GBA roms into on my Micro SD card?

4. Are all GBA games playable on the 3 in 1?
