Hacking Few questions about emunand.

Finally I got emunand and installed FBI / and Rxtools.
Now, I have few questions.
I wanna update my emunand and play my sm4sh back again.
Would my sm4sh save same from sysnand? The Sm4sh is from the eshop-Legit payed one.
Also, whats good with unlinking emunand and sysnand? And how do I do it?

+EDIT Is it normal that it freezes when I put my 3ds into sleep mode when on emunand??
+EDIT 2 OH MY GOD WHAT HAPPENED. I ACCIDENTALLY SLIPPED MY 3DS ON EMUNAND AND IT WENT SLEEP MODE. AFTER I OPENED IT FROZEN AND HARD RESETED I TRIED BROWSERHAX ON SYSNAND AND IT SAYS AN ERROR HAS OCCURED WITH BLACK SCREEN. DID I MESS UP SOMETHING REAL BAD? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME IM DESPERATE RIGHT NOW SOMEONE HELP

To unlink your sysNAND and emuNAND, on sysNAND go to : System Settings > Other Settings > Format System Memory (Page 5)
Take out your SD card!
Continue with the format, and backup your sd card on your pc just in case.
After it's done formatting, go through the setup process until you get to the home menu.
Put your SD card back in.
Reinstall any *hax entrypoints (browserhax, menuhax, etc..)

As for your Sm4sh save, I'm not sure.

Im literally just confused what to do. Home menu doesnt have anything at all. My sm4sh and acnl and no themes.
What do I do ????? Im trying it by oot3dhax with my other 3ds..

Turns out my sd card wasnt inserted at all..
It was inside tho it wasnt inserted full in...

To not make a new thread, I want to ask this:

On my downgraded n3DSXL, I want to unlink the nands, but, can I do that by resetting only the emunand? I want to leave the sysnand untouched with my NNID settings and I don't want to reset it.
