Hacking FBI no longer installed?

Just noticed the other day that somehow FBI is no longer installed.
Have bs9 and luma3ds (Luna might be a version or two out of date), homebrew channel and freeshop but fbi is just mia....
How can I go about getting fbi reinstalled?

Since I already have the homebrew channel and a icon to launch it can't I use that to install it somehow?
Feel like I know what to do but always rather ask first than risk messing something up

Since you already have the Homebrew Launcher, then do step 11 in Section III to launch FBI from the Homebrew Launcher then use that to install the FBI cia.
