Homebrew FBI ghost double space?

HI everyone,
I know when you install a CIA file through FBI it needs double space, so I guess it works like Steam that prealocate games in your drive
the problem is, my 3DS had runned out battery before the instalation finish
when I booted up again it continues showing the occupied space duplicated, and I don't have enough space to repeat the instalation now
is that a thing?

1. Find the title id of the title you failed to delete: 000400XXXXXXXXXX.
   • Better not mess up getting the wrong Title ID.
2. sdmc:/Nintendo 3DS/<ID0>/<ID1>/title/000400XX/XXXXXXXX.
3. Delete XXXXXXXX off your SD card.
4. Try FBI CIA installation again.

I thought in do that but haven't found the ID folder
But a simple chkdsk on Windows solved my problem putting the file on a FOUND.000 Folder, the problem is the SD Card dying

Well from now on make sure you have enough battery power to do stuff like that
