Just an FYI.

About a year ago I bought Chrono Trigger from an eBay seller an it turned out it was a fake, or pirated, game (don't worry, I got refunded).

It didn't work on my 3DS. I got the error message that tells me to turn off the system.

Same shit happens with the DSi and XL. If you get a pirate game it just won't show anything at all on those (or at least DSi does that.) I was hunting a tetris ds game down, found 2 fakes and 1 real.

When I was little I bought a fake "Pokémon Gold". It was a GBA cartridge, and I cried a lot because it was some kind of homebrew Pikachu game in a NES emulator
