The hard part is done and forward is easier than backwards. My advise:
Don’t remove the hacks. B9S is solid and makes no trouble, even if you don’t want to use homebrew software.
There are virtually no risks if you don’t do anything stupid
on purpose. You can’t brick the device by having and using Luma – and you can make backups of the complete system which is impossible without hacks. With homebrew software you can also store your saves in decrypted form if your 3DS is destroyed or lost at some point, you can restore them anyway.
In addition to the
downloads from the finalizing page you will need
boot.3dsx and you can copy your Nintendo 3DS and DCIM folder back on the SD.
Your SD should look like this before you proceed with the
[French version] finalizing setup:
