Why not? nintendo will release new version nintendo switch with more powerful hardware like 3ds. And I want play pc hentai game and other visual anime game.... and other XXX 2d game hehe

Windows 10 arm just beginning....maybe in future Microsoft will release windows 10 surface laptop with Nvidia tegra, i hope

Nintendo Switch 2 with Windows 10 Arm.....Great Portable Hentai Gaming

First off, Linux on Switch isn't that exciting due to the lack of ARM support for gaming. Secondly, you guys shouldn't get too hype about Win 10 ARM version. Win 10 ARM comes with some major caveats

Don't even think about playing the latest version of Dolphin or Citra on this OS. It boggles my mind why people just don't understand why Android is the most viable alternative OS for Switch. You already have media apps, productivity apps, well developed emulators, robust game library and cloud storage for most apps. It makes so much sense that it's not even funny anymore. Again, wake me up when we get Android. I applaud any team that gets Linux and Windows running on the Switch. In the grand scheme of knowing how to fully control our consoles, that's great. That said, when it comes to ease of use and having something that is "mass hacking enthusiast" friendly, none of that stuff means a hill of beans.
Makes me wonder if there are any arm based emulators for this.

That's pretty awesome. Having a such powerful little device can be very handy. I really hope that it will be possible to plug any USB-C dongle to it :D

To discredit them due to lack of release is beyond ignorance. Personally, I don't care if they release a damn thing. All this does is provide fuel for the proverbial fire. The scene is only starting and it's spreading like wildfire.
They won't release the exploit but I expect they will release the linux port.

Wait... shit.
There are still emulators and programs though. And with Windows 10 ARM on the horizon, maybe there's a possibility for Steam ARM in the future?
Windows 10 ARM can run x86 apps at nearly native speeds.

If you want android on the switch you should just get a shield tablet, exact same hardware.

Just about anything open source will run on ARM Linux. (Including emulators.)

This is probably using code from the shield's Linux port too. It already has one on XDA.

EDIT: Nevermind, it has a k1.

Shield Tablet doesn't have the same hardware.

Shield Tablet = Tegra K1
Shield TV = Tegra X1 with 3 GB of RAM
Switch = Tegra X1 with 4 GB of RAM

The Tegra X1 is considerably more powerful than the K1 which is why the Shield TV gets more PC ports than the Shield tablet.

No it's not, it uses a K1 processor, which is inferior to the X1

Heck, I've been ninja'd
My bad, I though nvidia had already launched a shield tablet 2 but looks like they backed out to not canivalize the switch market.
Anyways the shield tv is basically a docked switch with more clock speed, 3gb vs 4gb of ram is nothing and any other brand high end tablets and phones have powerful enough processors to beat the switch anyway.

They also cost $300-$400 more than the Switch does. Plus there's the factor of simplicity of only bringing one portable device with you for gaming

All these Switch hacking groups are showing off their shit, but nobody's releasing anything yet. Proof's in the pudding. I'll get hyped when I see something released that won't be patched right before or right after release.

Kudos for them not selling out to the Nintendo Bug-hunting program though, so I guess there's that.

You pay what you get.
The "bring only one device" is the biggest meme I've ever read, if you go in a small trip to the town sure you only bring a single device to entertain yourself but also you'll have very little time to do so that makes irrelevant that such device can do everything. For longer trips you sure enough have also space to bring a second device and of course you'll need it because the battery would not last enough, "but what if I carry my all-in-one device and a backup battery" you may say but doing so you'll be carring 2 things anyway.

Ah yeah. I forgot it had a k1.

Car chargers exist my guy

You can't drive and do something else at the same time and if you have a car you sure enough have money to buy a costly tablet or phone that surpases the switch and do whatever you want without hacks and better battery life.

Who said anything about driving? You said "long trip," so I assumed you were the passenger in this case
