Too lazy to type this again, but

If there'll be a way to dual-boot (hopefully through the Homebrew Launcher) a fully functional Linux distro, that'll make the Switch a very cool console. Just imagine playing BotW, then hopping over to Linux for some Portal 2 or a desktop web browser.

Not to mention, this alone could make most homebrew unnecessary, because emulators and programs on Linux are probably better maintained than their unofficial Switch ports or counterparts.

Yes, it's a bit useless without a release, but nothing has to be delivered right away imo

The point of the menu of the cafe is to see what you can order if you have the enough resources, in this case money, to have or order it
Do you actually have a functional kernel exploit and homebrew launcher on your switch right now? No.
So even if they release it how would you want to load it? Do you want them to release it right now, even with the bugs it might have (and even with the non user firendly boot method this surely has right now)
I won't argue more because this is getting off-topic

He's already released open source to WIP CFW for the Switch, and is doing fantastic work, and is even responding to people himself.

Nothing you say is going to make him work harder, although enough of attempting to guilt trip him just might make some one annoyed enough to program your username to not work with any release.
