I just got this in the mail. I've been using M3 Simply but decided to upgrade. But I can't get my 8GB microSD to work. It seems there is a Plus version of this card too. So am I out of luck?

No, my EZ5 works with a 16gb sdhc, so that's definitely not the problem. Is the card just not registering that a card is inserted? It may be a contact problem.

What kernal are you using?

OK Will format and try again.

Is there anyway to convert the .sav files from the M3 to work on the EZflash?:

EDIT: Still not working. The 2GB I have works but the 8GB wont. This sucks.

Not sure what kernal I'm using. I downloaded a firmware .nds file from the website but it said I didn't need to update.

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't have an M3 but I'm pretty sure the .sav's from your M3 will work on the EZ5, unless the M3 produces some discrepancy.

Does your SD card work on your computer? It might be defective/dead. Can't really think of anything else

if it is the first versions of the ezv it will not support sdhc, you will have to upgrade or use the 2 gig card.

The website I got it on calls it EZFlash New Year Edition Bundle Edition.

Also the .savs don't work.

Well, since the savs don't work and SDHC is not supported, I'm not going to use this card. Can I use the GBA expansoin with the M3 simply?

EDIT: Ah, it does work with M3 Simply. Cool.

EDIT2: GBA games don't save. Is there anything I can do about that.

For the EZ-V, your saves need to be converted back from M3 format to the type used on a real retail cart to work. There's an online tool you can use to do this.
