Hacking EZ Flash 3in1 and DSTWO

Is there a loader I can use to set the EZV expansion pack into web browser mode? The GBA Exploader v0.58 will only let me get to the NOR or PSRAM menu. I can't change rumble settings or set the cart up for internet mode.

I know there's a IPS patch for the EU version of the browser, and I could have sworn there is an AR code in the Cheat Database that does the same thing,
