Situation:
Something had been corrupted inside my SD Card and DBInstaller was broken. I coudn't find a way to fix it so I had to format and reinstall everything inside my SD Card.
I did also a backup of my entire SD Card before the format just in case I would need something later. These are the files that I had copied:

Issue:
I noticed that I didn't backed up 1 once my (CFW) Saves via JKSV into my SD before the format.

Question:
Can I extract somehow that Save from my copied files of my old SD Card? Maybe I can use something like a JKSV for that "emuMMC" folder?

The saves are on the MMC. So the question is did you use file-based or partition-based EmuMMC? If it was filebased you should be able to mount EmuMMC with NXNandManager and extract the saves. It is was a partition-based EmuMMC you lost the saves unless you made a backup of your EmuMMC with Hekate or a similar tool

If you had emuNAND and you formatted/recreated the emuNAND partition, you are probably SoL.
Worth noting that if you did a normal format of your card without deleting partitions, or you did a format in SDFormatter without selecting "format size adjustment", then your emuNAND partition is probably still there but you just need to recreate the emummc.ini. You can do that in Hekate by selecting the emummc partition, it will create the emummc.ini.

As far as I know, everything was formatted and set-up from the beginning. I didn't do it myself, I had someone else do it for me but that's what I have been told. So, I believe that a new emuMMC was installed from the very beginning.

Is there an easy way to confirm this somehow though? I'm not very familiar with these stuff.

So, the files of the back up of the SD are useless alone?
They might not be completely useless, but your save data isn't in there, so the most you could hope to recover from it is the game data itself.
You could check the (new) bootloader folder for if the person who helped you made an emuNAND backup before formatting it.
