Hacking European MK7 has Powersaves but USA doesn't?

All I get with my USA cartridge is "cheats", and those don't even work... if you select to have everything unlocked, it doesn't give you credit for beating any of the levels which makes it very obvious that your save is hacked.

I'm looking for a save which has all of the trophies won, etc.

According to the spreadsheet I put together (and you guys helped add games), the European release has both but the USA one only has cheats.

Are the saves not compatible between different regions of the same game once they've been decrypted?

not all the NTSC MK7 don't have cheats
there is some cartridges that you can cheat with it

I know there are two versions, one that has update 1.1 pre-installed and one that doesn't. One of them has NOTING, the other has no powersaves, just cheats.

There are two different cartridges though. The one without update 1.1 on it didn't work at all, Datel asked me to mail it to them, we had a thread about that a while back. Since I bought it used anyway, I just exchanged it for a newer copy.

I have the same problem. Mine's AMKEY10221 and LNA-CTR-AMKE-USA

I had the 1.0 ver in December 2011 and doesn't work.
