Misc Eshop asking for repair software

I am on gateway ,and when i go into the eshop to get the laster update for an game (pokemon y its dont say to update but askin to repair sotftware . I had downloaded the update already with another sd card but i unlinked to not having some problem and link another card to be able to get eshop , but i am really wonder what it will do the repair software if it save to do it or what is do the repair sotftware

Verifies md5 or equivalent of your local copy, and regardless of result gives you the option to redownload it without losing or even archiving saves
