Your NFIRM is up to date.
Have you tried to force update the system? Bootup pressing L+R+Up+A (make sure you have internet connection)

Tried that and still get the same error.

Can I manually install an update?

If it helps. I updated to latest earlier and then formattEd to add my own nnid. Since the format I can't update or use eshop.
That might be it.How exactly did you format and are you using sysnand a9lh.

I was able to link my nnid perfectly.
Usually it's the nnid that causes this after a format. But since you where on the latest firmware with a9lh on the sysnand, you shouldn't of had any issue.I wonder what causes this to happen.

I was able to link my nnid perfectly. Still getting the same errors however

This is what I get when going in to the theme shop too.

Can I remove a9lh and start again. Even though sysnand is now 11.2.0-35?

if you were able to log-in to your NNID then i see no reason for you not to be able to access eShop unless there is some kind of eshop maintenance going on right now or nintendo's server is down or something or somehow your 2DS is console banned or something.. was that brand new when you purchased it?

Before I installed a9lh I was stock. I had my other nnid on it and used eshop etc just fine.
