This thread might help you: https://gbatemp.net/threads/vwii-semi-bricked.353595/page-3

You probably have - as i did - installed a wii IOS onto your vWII. I would guess it was IOS58 and IOS 249 to get a usb loader working? If yes, you need to replace IOS58 with a vWii IOS58 to be able to update again.

EDIT: Try this: https://gbatemp.net/threads/error-162-3006-wii-u-vwii-not-updateing-fix.375269/ This is probably closer to your problem then mine is.

If you don't find help there, i'm also working on a similair issue, but i have trouble getting a original vWii IOS58 (249 in your case) or extracting it from my NAND backup, still i'm working on it. Visit back in a week or so and i might be able to help you out more.

Cool man, I'll keep you posted. I appreciate every one's help on this. Yea I completely softmodded incorrectly and this is how I'm paying for it haha. Hopefully we will get this straighten out. Any more pointers feel free to PM me or post here.
