The people who do these CSR jobs don't know anything. They use the shittiest software that crashes the computer and they use computers from the stone ages. They sit in a chair and are judged by how fast they get people off the phone not how well they help someone with their issue. Have any of you actually done this job before? Half the people don't know wtf they're doing and just blurt out nonsense on the phone. The second they can't actually help you they'll schedule a tech or do w/e else they can to get you off the phone and have someone else deal with you. Then when it actually does involve sending technicians (obviously not the case with Nintendo) the techs come and just unplug your shit then plug it back in. Sometimes they'll change wires out just to make you feel like they actually did something.

You guys are getting all huffy when there isn't any proof that bans are going out. It's silly.

Question, if someone wanted to use CIA files how would they inject the game headers etc.?

Would you convert the 3dz file with the headers into CIA?

CIA doesn't need headers, it uses system header/id

Hey, I seem to be getting this error code. I can't find any information about it, the nintendo page says just try later. Every game I try to access online says cannot access online services. I've rebooted my router and tested connection ( successful ) I'm on 9.5 emunand with the latest launcher. I can access eShop fine. Is it possible I've been banned?

Okay, spoke to nintendo. It's definitely a ban. I don't know how long for and what for, maybe they're starting to crackdown as I use a lot of public headers instead of my own. So beware I guess. Told I will have the full reasons within 5 days.

Hi there, i have the same problem and i want to know one thing. You tried to download the pokemons with the special skills?? (serperior, emboar and the other). The day before yesterday, I tried to download this pokemons (with a public room) and i did it. I don´t know exactly what happen (or what i do) but after that, when i go to my friend list appear the "error 002-0102". I don´t know if i could play online, go to the eshop, etc. or not (i don´t try yet) but i looking if i could fix this problem.

That's why I said misfire: it's detecting legit pokes as hacked. So far there've been correlations between pokebank and pokemon ORAS and these errors. What's interesting is the error code is new, googling it doesn't return much except from here. I don't think we've seen NNID-wide bans like these before.

It's probably not just pokemon. but it seems like pokemon probably because a bulk of users play that damn game and use shared headers.


Yesterday when the chaos happened, just before that I went online on GTS, and nothing. No ban.
I've used Pkhex before, have megas in my PC, and nothing, so it's not a hack detection thing at the very least.

I'm using my "Pokemon Y's" header, (private header), so that is probably why I survived.

Either that or their recent update screwed 3DS' wifi capabilities, or their servers crashed in some areas...

except how do we determine that "the situation cleared up".

I frankly surprised this never happened in the DS days, or at the very least the early days of 3DS..

I'm presently shifting everything to CIAs and will continue playing from there.
Been wanting to do that for a while, but I guess it is proper motivation to do so.

I always had a bad feeling from day one with the .3dz roms conversion using headers the same as everyone else was on the net may cause an issue eventually thats why I went and bought my own personal 4GB retail game for the job just in case soon as it came out about going online. I mean someone using the same ID was eventually going to get caught out. I just hope its something else and maybe not related.

if what your saying is right in regards to everyone using the public headers, am I able to put one of my headers from a completely separate 3ds game (lets say Mario kart) and put that header on my Pokemon OR Rom that I use on my Sky3ds??
