Hello Cjuub, I am the manager of the Chibi-Robo wiki and I love the work that you've done for this game. As a kid, I was so excited when I learned about this game after finishing Plug Into Adventure, but so disappointed when I learned it was a Japan exclusive. So I'd like to personally thank you for all of your hard work and the work of any contributors for allowing me and all other Chibi-Robo fans to experience this game in English. However, there is more work that needs to be done and you are the most qualified to help me with it. The wiki lacks most of Clean Sweep's info, as your translation was fairly new before I took over the wiki. On the wiki, we can't refer to the game as "Clean Sweep" as it's not the official name, and we have to refer to it as "Okaeri! Chibi-Robo! Happy Richie Ōsōji!". If you could please reach out to me on discord (@Hoshcof#7560) or email (zachoover@gmail) so that we can discuss this more, I would be most appreciative. Thank you for your time, and keep up the amazing work!

Hey Cjuub, me again. I emailed you about a week ago about the Okaeri! Chibi-Robo! manual and if you had any plans to ever translate/localize it. A friend of mine had a copy and got really good HD scans of the manual. Please let us know! Thank you again!

It's all on GitHub:
https://github.com/cjuub/okaeri-chibi-translation
https://github.com/cjuub/okaeri-translation-viewer

The viewer is helpful for editing the dialogue text. As for graphics editing, it was done manually by creating diffs for the original images.

All scripts I used, and all translated resources are available in the first repository. Everything is there.

Hello there everyone, When i try to play the game translated i get a freeze on the title screen, no text appears on the touch screen, and no music plays either.

Anyone had this issue or know what it could be.

Thanks.

Hey. I know I'm waaaaaaay late, but I played this translation patch a while back and absolutely loved it. Thank you for taking the time to do this.

If anyone is interested, I threw together an English game cover in photoshop so it'd look nice in OpenEmu. It's not amazing or anything, I'm not a pro with photoshop, but it looks okay I think.

I would like a Predator game "Kill Team" it takes place in the Jungle of the first movie, your team is sent to hunt the predator, using current tech drones and a trained team. Set traps use strategy to hunt and trap or kill the predator.
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Ill stick with my Battlefield. Yea a predator hunting game like that would be cool. Esp if you can be Arnold and say "Get to da choppa"
    +1
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Maybe Arnold could do a cameo voice acting, he is the one briefing you on the mission

Double claymores to the face definitely kill a predator lol
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
I went today and looked at a motorcycle someone was selling. I get there and the battery on it was dead, so the guy grabbed a battery charger and hooked it up. He plugged it into the wall, and the motorcycle sparked and started smoking. Come to find out the bike uses a 6 volt battery and the guy had the charger set to 12v. I said sorry to the dude and walked away. I felt bad for him tho.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Sounds like it would be an exciting ride....
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Not sure I would want something on fire between my legs
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
He ruined it basically. Sad cause it was a decent old bike. It would take more money to rewire the bike than it was worth tho.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Yeah I'm sure at minimum the starter was fried
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
    Alternator and battery
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Prob alot of fried parts. It was still smoking when I left.
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
