Homebrew Emunand for 9.4.0.21 o3ds XL?

So I got this o3ds XL today and it came with 9.4.
If I recall correctly, you can downgrade anything below 10.0 to 9.2.
What app would I use to do this?

Also, What is the easiest Emunand to install? I wanna ensure of no screw ups.
Does anyone have any video tutorials they can link me to? I'm not good with reading instructions, as I like visuals better.

Lastly, I installed browserhax (cause Ninjhax wouldn't scan the QR code without crashing everytime)
But 6 times out of 10, it doesn't wanna load. It'll give me a homescreen error notification. ny way to fix this?

Okay, I did the steps so far and RedNAND is up and running. I did Part 1, 2. and 3. Do I have to do steps 4 and 5?

Steps 4/5 in the guide are only if you want to install Arm9LoaderHax onto your device.
It may be extra effort but in my opinion it is well worth it for the quicker boot up times and sysnand cfw that you can get with it so you won't have to worry about emunand running on the sd card all the time.
It's all personal preference if you want to do it or not though.
