Homebrew Emulator with local multiplayer

I'm looking for a DS emulator that supports local multiplayer. It means that it emulates local wifi when I open two instances of the emulator on my computer. Actually it's just to trade some Pokémons to make them evolve. For some reasons my DS won't connect to the WiFi, so I'm trying to look for some other solutions...

The only thing that works is the emulator game Snow Bros.

I seem to remember no$gba can emulate DS and do multiplayer.

EDIT : actualy, it might only be able to do that for GBA games. Can't remember.
