lol, already possible, except it's not emulation.
You can use SRLoader to run the ROMs natively.
It uses nds-bootstrap to run the ROMs on SD card, like TWLoader uses.

Almost exactly like TWLoader since both use nds-bootstrap.

Nope, with the last huge improvements on nds-bootstrap is better to support the project than supporting flashcarts.

Well, there have been a few minor regressions in performance from a... specific commit.
