Misc Emulate a wiimote and connect it to a wii/vwii use with parsec??

So I saw this github page that is a way to emulate a wiimote on linux and connect it to a wii via bluetooth (not sure if this could work on vwii) https://github.com/rnconrad/WiimoteEmulator I don't have linux but I might try it through a virtual machine since this method doesnt require any homebrew I've placed this in the miscellaneous genre with parsec could it actually be possible to do this with a wii?!

Emulator will work on vWii, I tried it and can confirm.
Not sure about parsec though

I managed to use emulated Wiimote in Wii u Menu, vWii menu, in Homebrew Channel. But it stops work when I open any of hbc apps
