Emulation Gaming Hardware Homebrew Cannot connect the Wii Remote to the PC in any way

I can't connect the Wii Remote to my PC via Printers and Sound (add a device), nor can I connect it via Bluetooth settings.
The HID Wiimote drivers are installed, but still the computer does not show the Wii Remote in the Bluetooth device connection tab when I click the Sync button.
Even reinstalled the HID Wiimote in ignore driver signature mode in Windows - to no avail
Is it possible to use Wii remote with Dolphin bar in any other apps/games besides Dolphin emulator?
I am using Windows 10 Pro

Go to the control panel, set show to big icons, find "Devices and Printers" and right click on the green text, select "Open in a new tab", add devices. On you wiimote click 1 and 2 at the same time, wait it to pop-up, left click it. It should ask for a PIN, click Next even if you didn't inserted it. Now go to Dolphin, Controller Settings, Real Wiimote, then click and then close.
