The Wii remote does not connect to the PC in any way

I installed all the necessary drivers for the Wii remote, I installed the drivers for the Wi-fi adapter, but still the Wii remote doesn't show up in the list of Bluetooth devices when I press the Sync button

EDIT: Even installing the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack did not help
