Gaming Easiest Way to Do Special Effects?

What is the easiest program to do special effects on a video? I just need basic lightning effects. I don't really care if it looks good.

but a little complicated if u ask me

Juanmatron means Adobe After Effects. It's complicated if you've never dipped your toes in that water but you can catch on quickly if you're patient and willing to learn.

If you are only after basic chroma keying then you can use avisynth http://www.videohelp.com/forum/archive/avi...ey-t240961.html which has the benefit of being free although in general I tend not to use it for SFX stuff like this.

If you can not find a sample then I would look to something like http://www.teamphotoshop.com/articles-The-...ts-5,8,58a.html (you could simply wobble- in avisynth you will probably crop either side of your clip a couple of these for some basic)

I've been watching those guys since the beginning. They are hilarious and really useful. I'm so happy I found that when I did.

FXHome is probably the simplest. It doesn't do any audio though, that will have to be re-added in you normal editor.
