If European Football is so much better, why is it European?

Checkmate, Europe.

Umm.. You got it backwards. The "European" Football (i.e. soccer) is a worldwide thing.
American Football (and to an extent, baseball) is pretty much restricted to the US and maybe Japan. Even videogames for those tend to be US-exclusive.

because F(ck logic?

Because americans know they don't stand a chance in a real sport. Look at a european football player and look at an american football player and tell who is more athletic.

I'm sorry, our players would like to respond, but they can't hear you over their ripped physiques and patriotism.

You guys worship "soccer" and we're the ones who have it backwards?

The rest of the world just isn't strong enough to handle the sport of sports. It's a pity, really.

to me gameplay of fifa is still a little repetitive and boring but pro evo is better in this area.
otherwise, fifa beats them in everything else.

ea is doing well at least for fifa so let them continue having it.

In other news, ferguson leaves? ea was it you?

American Football should be called : Grown men who throw themselves at each other

And I don't see a problem with EA getting exclusive rights to FIFA, FIFA (the game) IS EA (at least for me)

And European football should be called,"Men who chase a ball for 3 hours"
You can make any sport look silly if you dumb it down enough.

"American football is just a bunch of guys jumping on top of each other"

"Hockey is just a bunch of people trying to put a small object in a net".

Football is called Football, because your use a foot and a ball.

Checkmate, Hand-Egg.
While "football" makes more sense, at this point I think we should all just call it "soccer", because that would put an end to the confusion.

PS: You use your feet in American football too. :P

This guy is less athletic than an average european football player. He wouldn't even endure 90 minutes in a football field

Mmm, sounds like someone's mad jelly. Hell, he wouldn't even need 90 minutes in a soccer field to snap the spines of every player in sight.

Face it, American sports, like everything American (from our food to our diseases) is just better. Hell, they're even ordained by God Himself - there's only Angels in the Outfield, not the goalpost or cricket... anything.

Yes but you can resort to cheap tactics in american football to get the ball, e.g tackle other players. If you do that in football you will be banned from playing football ever again. Football (or soccer for americans) requires more skills and stamina than american football and is more tactical.

Lol, tackling is cheap now?

Edit: You know what, it doesn't matter.
