Ok, stupid of me, I was monking around and uninstalled dark corp of my wii. Now i m getting this cannot read any type of disk code. Is driving me crazy. please help if u heard of this before. thank u and god bless. neo gamma r9 beta 36,cios38rev9slot249DVD Err(1208),disc ID.

You could do a syscheck, but more likely than not you just deleted your cios when you deleted darkcorp... Just install a newer cios (revision 17 or 20) and everything will probably be fine.
