The way it was going the last couple of weeks was utter crap anyway. Everyone knew it was going to come to this, it was only a matter of time. I'm afraid Wilders is going to get loads of votes now, both worst-case and most probable scenario I geuss...

Anyone voting for Wilders is a moron in my opinion. The only thing he wants is to get muslims out of the country. He even made a movie about it which was an epic fail. Still don't understand what people see in him. Two of my friends also want him in the government, but they often make racist remarks so I'm not suprised by that. Tried talking sense into them, but they both seem to have a severe case of tunnelvision.

I've pretty much given up on them with this issue.

Oh well, we'll see how it goes. Wilders should continue with spreading his ideas in the hope that people will finally see that he makes absolutely no sense at all.

Jesus, you're one of those? And how is Wilders gonna take care of the education, health care, economy, tax raises etc? Or are the muslims to blame for that too? Before you even dare take a step to vote, get some more political insight, don't follow the masses.

Wilders can only shout silly one-liners, arousing the stupid mass, but he can't come up with a single solution. He just puts the blame-game on a minority, like a certain national-socialistic german guy once did, but as soon as real politics come into play, for example the whole bullcrap on Uruzgan, he can't say shit, because he doesn't know shit.

Speaking of Uruzgan, the reason the government toppled. Balkenende is so far up the NATO's ass he can't hear the opposition saying what's right. According to the deal, our forces should retreat from Uruzgan. Verhagen and Balkenende have been dealing with the NATO in secrecy, promising our troops can stay, otherwise, the NATO wouldn't send that letter.

Balkenende is the biggest Suck-Up ever.

The reason our cabinet failed is because the CDA is one big douchebag who wants to be (especially) the US' lapdog. If Blair was lapdog number One, balkenende tried so hard to become number two.

How I see it: the US stepped in a huge pile of shit. They're sick of the shit on their shoe, and they sort of rely on the Dutch to scrape the shit off from the shoe.

"There are people there who need us." My ass. How about your own country. We're in the middle of a financial crisis. Balkenende, you got the votes so you can take care of national problems first, instead, you're too busy kissing asses abroad.

I think a religious person will always be biased by the ethics of his or her religion. And those ethics date back to the time of their prophets.

My vote will probably go to PVV or Trots op Nederland. I'm gonna research my the top 3 from stemwijzer.nl some more.


@fateastray He has solutions you know... Wilders and PVV get on the media only with their extreme opinions. But like any other party they cover more than just the 'islam issue'.

I just think Holland needs some changes. Not saying wilders is right in everything he says.

Funny how everyone generalizes muslims as a race. Those "muslims" you speak of has nothing to do with the muslim community, but with their ethnic community. I've heard about Wilders solutions during the last debate for the 'gemeenteraadsverkiezingen'. He wants to spend a lot of money, that we don't have, without raising taxes.

I'm voting PVDA, they're honest and have the best interest in the Dutch community, with all of its subcultures.

A right wing coalition could only exist of PVV, CDA and VVD.

PVV: right-wing morons who think any problem can be solved with throwing out muslims (they're not duct-tape, they don't solve everything)

VVD: We play like dis: Rich people shouldn't have to pay more taxes than the peopel with average/below-average incomes, because rich people should stay rich and we don't care if the poor get worse

I'd like to say it is different here because the Dutch are more clear-minded (no offense, we usually just tend to respond less overreacted), but in this case it's probably because most people agree with him... The Dutch government isn't really into investigating people because of what they say, although that might be because he actually is a part of the government.

I think people just say they agree with him but when it comes down to it... they will be too affraid to vote on him. Wilders will be the next Pim Fortuyn... someone is going to snap one of these days and kill him... and I for one won't mourn him.

I do hope we will get a more serious face to represent the government because Balkenende is just too much of a lap dog in my eyes.
