Ha ha, that's nice of you! Honestly I say if someone can't figure out how to edit a text file to add a single line then they deserve to not be able to rip their games to an NTFS drive. I have setup 2 Wii's using NTFS drives for other people, not having a valid internet connection at the time to download a decent FAT32 format tool.Here is a lazy way to add NTFS support:

Not very useful, I just made it when I was messing with batch files.
I still recommend using FAT32.
I too still recommend using FAT32 and I use it on my own system as you can run your Wii Games and also Homebrew from it. With a FAT32 drive you don't need an SD card in the system after the initial hack, you can run USB Loader, Emulators and pretty much any homebrew program directly from the HD.
