Is it possible to dump 3DS games with a PC?

I do have a few different 3DSes, but over time they have all broken and I couldn't manage to fix them. (Plus I feel that it would be quicker....)

Not for gamecards I think, but eshop games, sure.

Dump all of your tickets with godmode9, and you can redownload them with https://github.com/luigoalma/ctrcdnfetch.

Now if all your stuff is pirated, downloading from Ninty won't work but gm9 should still dump them with the tmd method.

The problem is the broken 3DSes and me having physical carts I want to dump. :-/

Then buy another 3ds

The SkyDock is able to dump the cart to .3DS format. You can convert to .CIA if you need.

The one reseller site that still worked did not have the dock, plus that's not quite dumping via a PC. :-/
