Are you using your PC's safely eject option every time you take your micro sd card out?
i am yes as i said above
okay update ..changed the snes emu to another one and it works! everything sofar works ...but its on the 512 card ..its a sandisk though so do you think buying an 8 gb sandisk sdcard would be better than using the kingston ..most of the sites i see selling dstwos seem to sell sandisks with them so ..maybe they are supported more :S ?

So you have it working now....good

As for a brand of microSD, i would suggest a Transcend Class 6
is that what you use on the supercard (if you own one) at £7 its not bad of a price i was expecting it to be £30-40 ill get that the next chance i get ..bit broke until next week ..and yes i have it working but id rather not stick with 512mb XD ive managed to put 2 ds games 4 gba and 7 snes roms ...with my 8gb i could hold 30 ds all 600 snes roms and 60 gba roms ..T-T first world problems haha

The same thing happened with me, so I just use Acekard2i now. I'm not saying that you should, but I think it happens mainly from rubbing or pressing on the sticker, which is touching the microchip/circuit board.

i got my supercard dstwo today and i had all the files set up downloaded from the official site and i was happy i got it working straight away... so i turned it off and added some gba games and snes games ...they both worked so i was happy so then i took it out put the ds games on ..this is where it went wrong i get a "no find system files " error so i think oh ill just turn it off and back on ..nope took it out put it on my pc to see that it had deleted everything basicly every time i took it out and put it back in (safely of course) it just comes up saying i need to reformat it .. so i did it with the panasonic sdformatter program ..put everything back and same again .. .reformatted ..this time i took out the ds rom and ...by my suprise the card worked ...i really need help with this ..i am so confused as why a ds flash card corrupts the sd card and doesnt play what its supposed to play ..i am limited to only gba and snes games currently

I'm DSTwo reseller in Brazil.
Lately I have had several problems with MicroSD corrupted data.

At first I also thought was the problem with MicroSD.
I realized that the problem only occurs when using the USB adapter that comes with the product.

Occurs most often I use this adapter to transfer data.
May even permanently damage the MicroSD.

Using other adapter model does not.

Have I contacted the Supercard Team, but they said, received no other reports of this problem and do not give enough attention.

Maybe because people who have problems with corrupted data, are not able to relate the problem to the USB adapter.

If you have a similar problem, try another adapter.
And if possible, report the problem to the Supercard Team.
