Put the Micro SD into a card reader, and check first that the TTMENU.SYS file exists. If not, add it to the card. If it does, it may be corrupt and require the file to be recopied onto the Micro SD. I would unzip Firmware 1.07 again and re save the eng folder contents to the root. If this file is corrupt, the others may also not be 100%. Unzipping doesn't always work every time.

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar -

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)+1 -

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
