I like the idea of Osimon and Pka working together. The first step would be renaming the project and erasing the HE from its name. Maybe a clean start?

we got only simon pka didn response yet

And this is very brave off Simon

well I sure hope to see you all continue to work without Heeroo, besides he sounded like a jerk

Since yesterday I have the new European (German) DSi with software being updated, the acekard 2i with software being updated, and the DSorganize 3.2. The problems I have:

1) In DSorganize the touchpanel does not work at all. No response, nothing, in none of applications within DSorganize. Other applications work fine, including homebrew and standard software.
2) no Wifi connection. This working in the non-homebrew part of the DSi. I've not yet tested with other homebrew apps.

I think that DSorganize is one of the killer applications that I was really looking forward to use. So I hope this problems will be solved sooner or later. Two possibilities:
1) I may have done something wrong or did overlook hints or solutions in the internet to known issues. So far I did re-install DSorganize twice - it is simple enough.
2) The combination of EU DSi, and Acekard 2i is a new challenge for the software. In that case we should hear more about the same or similar problem in the next days or weeks.

Cheers.

You kind of posted it in the one thread I'd expect him to see.

Besides, we don't have anything against Heeroo getting into it; what we're annoyed (or even angry) at is that he DIDN'T see it, use it, and make something of it.

Ha ha, said like a true kiwi.
(You are kiwi right?)
I agree with what he said, I mean you have made another thread.
So why don't you go buy a book or something and learn the language.
Then you could do it yourself instead of just complaining to everyone.

Why don't YOU! your the one complaining. We developers can do what we like IF we lose interest so be it. N00bs bitching at us just pisses us off.
First i hate when peole are bitching to developers and the second @ ash didnt see the smileys????????
If i could code i sure would help but even people that can code it isnt that easy d*mba*s

Normatt you doing great work i wished i had an acekard

for me it seems like all delvopers and coders are extrimely proud and arrogant.
they act like people shuold beg them to make something. it is just ridiculus.
of course not all of them are like this, and they do amazing things with an ds!

Being arrogant is fun!
I see people begging, whether the coders think they should or not. The whole "masses weeping at my feet" thing is bound to turn any weak soul into a hard, crispy shell. Delicious, but unyielding.

I've only touched the fringes of development, and already I feel jaded.

What's wrong with you? Developers aren't messiahs, when they announce a project they work on, they are usually expected to actually complete them, it's the least they can do. What if Nintendo promised a new Zelda on the Wii and never released it? I doubt people would be happy about that, and this is comparable to the situation in this thread. Just because you know how to program doesn't mean you're superior to everyone else, sorry to say. I can understand that a homebrew developer can be pissed at random people whining about n00bish things, but you just don't go around and tell everyone "hey, I'm updating DSOrganize!" and drop it a while after.

We homebrew developers dont get paid to make games like those who makes games like Zelda thus we have no commitments to the program other than our interest if that interest goes there no reason for us to complete it. You dont eat an entire meal if you take a bite and dont like it do you? So again i repeat If you dont like how we operate learn to program yourself and make something worth while and make sure you dont EVER abandon it or you'll become the person your currently abusing.

If you tell everyone you'll eat the meal whole before taking that bite even looking at the meal, then you're the one to blame. That's playing with people's hopes.
