So I loaded DSiWare from TMFH and every time I open them I get an error has occurred but when I open them from Unlaunch half the games says could not write data am I missing something? Is it Public.sav? Cause I don’t know how to get that.

Have you tried launching the games using TWiLight Menu++? It'll create a save file for you.
If the issue persists, make sure the SD card isn't write-locked.

It’s on sysnand and I open the game from Unlaunch and works completely fine but from the dsi home menu it just doesn’t work form there

I Give Up The Tmd Doesn’t Even work and the games can only be played from Unlaunch,
Anyways thanks for the help.
You could try reinstalling Unlaunch (make sure your TWiLight Menu++ is up to date) and use the "Default" Launcher Patches, that'll remove the need for a valid TMD

Edit: Also, are you sure you're using SysNAND not hiyaCFW (SDNAND)? TMFH can only do SDNAND, unless you were actually already using NTM

If you decide to try again, it's on the Unlaunch Settings page of TWiLight Menu++ settings (as described in the guide), it should be on "Default" by default, but if not set it to that. Then just reinstall Unlaunch, loading the installer from TWiLight.
