I found this tutorial at https://dsiguide.me/dsiware-installation , and It went well, until I got to step 5 & 6 at Section II:

5. Look at the tmd file (that you just copied over!) for your backup. If it ends in .0, rename your file "00000000.app" (there are eight zeros) For .256, name the backup "00000001.app" (there are seven zeros) and for .512, name the backup "00000002.app" (there are seven zeros.)
6. Rename the tmd title.tmd.

You can look up the tutorial yourself, but I keep getting that the SHA1 don't match.
What can I do?
(I'm new to the DSi-hacking scene, so don't expect I'll understand everything quick)

I created this tool: https://github.com/MrJPGames/NDS2Hiya/releases.

You can install DSiWare in .NDS or .app format (they are the same files just a different extension).
Just select your SD card drive that Hiya is installed to and either choose a folder with your DSiWare backups or select just the singe .nds/.app an it will install it onto your HiyaCFW SD.
