    Welcome to GBAtemp!

Just a quick notice, this is an English speaking community, so I took the freedom to use Google translate on this post.

    Translation:

Problems with the menu and starting it

    - The TWL Hack was performed on the console and delivered to the client. The use of the already modified dsi interface was explained to him and about the possibility that some games would not load because they were not properly downloaded. NAND was copied and backed up. It happens that after a few hours the client communicates with me because he did not start some games and I calmly explain that I can play them again. Today he brought me the console. But it turns out that she did not know how to manipulate it and now it was in the configuration application, and at the moment of Going Back giving the Dsi Menu it does not start but it starts the configuration app directly .. it should not. I guess between badly manipulated commands and files they damaged the console's natural boot

I use a memory of 8gb class 10 as I usually do and today I find these details quite annoying

I don't know if you speak English, but this is an English-speaking forum. Anyways...

If I'm understanding correctly, this means you have Unlaunch set to start Settings instead of something else.
Hold A while starting the system, go to OPTIONS, go to NO BUTTON, select your preferred startup app (TWLMENUPP or hiya.dsi if it's still called that), then SAVE & EXIT.

By how your problem looks, it seems that Unlaunch boot configuration was modified by mistake, so you need to reconfigure it to directly boot the "boot.nds" file. To do this you just have to hold down the A buttom when powering on the console, then go to options > No Button>, and look for the file that I just mentioned above. After that, choose "Save & Exit" to save the changes, so the next time you boot the console, it will automatically launch twilightmenu ++ with no issues. Make it really clear to your client not to change the settings or anything else that he doesn't know, as sadly there is no reliable/definitive way to hide unlaunch from the end user view (yet).
