Hacking dsi update 1.4 or 1.3(2)

today i went to system update and realised theres a new update if someone knows about this do u know what features it includes and if it blocks flashcarts i really want to know before i risk it and update

oh well thankx that was helpfull i had been googling dsi 1.4u and all related stuff without luck nintendo should really fix that its really dumb and confusing
