Homebrew DSi NAND switching HELP

Hello.

I finally downgraded my DSi XL NAND and restored it!
But... I have another DSi... Can I restore my DSi XL's NAND (1.4) to my OTHER DSi (1.4.5)?
I heard that you can switch to whatever NAND you want!

I'm pretty sure you cannot restore one machines NAND to another machine

Yeah, you can't use a full block-level backup on another console (different encryption), and you can't use a full file-level backup either (some files are console specific); you certainly can use the same system title files on the other console, as they're universal (as long as they're the same region...)

nvm I downgraded BOTH dsi's manually yesterday... It was quite satysfying...

You can't delete the thread yourself. What you need to do is report your first post to the mods asking for it to be deleted.
