Everytime I use FWTool (safe version) I tried to backup my hacked nand_dsi.bin it tells me:
"Found MBR in nand_dsi.bin.
Image is not encrypted.
Operation aborted."
I have encrypted my nand multiple times. Even with the help of @dpad_5678 and @ThisIsDaAccount and other guides it didn't help, multiple versions of FWTool, TWLTool, Different SD Cards and encryption methods. I used the leaked ugopwn. But the FWTool doesn't even restore a freshly dumped NAND. I'm trying to restore my Downgraded 1.4 U but it doesn't work the error appears everytime. It even works in NO$GBA.

I can vouch for this. We went as far as dumping the NAND (Dump nand_dsi.bin), waiting for it to finish, and then attempting to restore the (unmodified, untouched) NAND we just backed up two minutes beforehand. No dice. Very weird. I never have problems with fwTool and I even sent @98otiss the same exact fwTool.nds file that I use. Still nothing.

That's super strange. At this point, I think it's time to recommend the classic fwtool with absolutely no safety checks. Robz8 uploaded it here:

Again, be warned it has no safety checks. Test it first by restoring your unmodified nand. It's a bit risky, but it might be what you're looking for. However, you should know there's a big risk behind this and keep your hand backup at all times in case you need to unbrick with a hardmod.

It's a long shot, but how are you formatting your sd cards?
I've always used https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_4/
I've tried FAT and FAT32 and they still say encrypted.

I can't hardmod. and if my NAND works in NO$GBA will it work on DSi?

I formatted his SAD card with Diskpart, the same way I formatted mine (and it works fine).

Yeah, I was afraid of that. Weird because I sent OP the fwTool that I use (checks to make sure that the NAND is encrypted) and it works fine for me, but tells him his NAND is decrypted. I tested his NAND in No$Cash and it works fine. I also tried mounting it in OSFMount and it doesn't show the three partitions, which is good as it's indicating the NAND is, in fact, encrypted.

So use the FWTool without security checks?

It should. You'll want to restore the nand_dsi.bin I gave you inside the nand_dsi.zip file I sent you over Discord.

Go for it. No promises about anything though. It should be fine.

I've never seen a case where it works with NO$GBA and not the DSi, but @Apache Thunder indicated once that it is possible that NO$GBA will boot even if the real hardware doesn't if the NAND is corrupted. The error that you're getting doesn't indicate corruption, but you never know. It's a risk.

I'm restoring fresh NAND Backup. I hope I don't brick.

What do I do afterwards when fresh NAND is restored?

Restore the nand_dsi.bin I gave you from inside the nand_dsi.zip archive.

That's what I was afraid of. Your only options now are getting a hardmod or transferring the stuff you care about to another DSi.

So I just throw my DSi XL away If I can't hardmod?
You can sell it to someone who can

LOL I'm only 14 and I can't hardmod, or send things over mail and my parents would flip shit if they knew I hacked shit, So I guess keep my DSi for no reason?
