I guess there was a problem during firwmare update causing this.. only way would be to send it to repair, true

This thread is a bit old... What exact issue are you having though? What do you see in Unlaunch? A picture would do well

and i remember unlaunch not supporting a high capacity sd card... dont know if it got fixed already or if that could be the problem
