hacked rom as in the bricker? well that was FAKE and not even a legit game for sure

This is a legit game + patched
so you won't encounter any freeze during the early stage of the game

No, this release is not a fake. The fake is a fake. Looking at the nfo this isn't even a rom, it's a patch.

THIS IS NOT FAKE.

Its confirmed to be real! Many tempers have already played it yesterday. And this is dumped by Caravan, they are a credible dump group, the fake one was by independant. And it was from a few days ago on 4chan. This is already confirmed and spread to other rom sites.

Edit: And yes, this is just a fix, the real ROM was dumped yesterday already.
