Hacking DS-X Manager Question

Is there any way to send the trimmed rom to the root of the memory card. It keeps wanting to put it in a directory called apps.

It wants to do that because it is designed for the DS-X. Just trim them to a folder called apps on your hard drive and copy them over yourself.
