Hacking DS Lit Expansion Question.

Well, I think I know the answer, but what the heck. I was in a used game store today, and the saw the memory expansion for a DS lite that came with the DS Web Browser. Can this be used for any practical application? GBA Roms maybe? (Guessing not)
