It's the iEvolution. You can no longer find one anywhere, and even when it existed it only had the permissions of the exploited game, so that's why I said "for all practical purposes".
Thanks for elaborating further, I skipped the DSi when it was first released, and have only bought my first one in the last 12 months. So I'm not too familiar with DSi compatible flashcarts.

Maybe it is my ignorance but ... is there a way to emulate slot 1 to inject the nds roms ?? (Its only a macro idea wuth a lot of failures xD)
I'm guessing you didn't read older posts. no, not yet.
Hell, he only needed read the first post. Lazy fucker.

How high is the chance of it ever getting released?
"It" doesn't even exist yet, and the most knowledgeable person on the subject says that it may not even possible.

My theory is that maybe it's possible to create a program to automate redirecting the NDS read/write from Slot-1 to SD/NAND.
If anyone can confirm this, I believe that:
-In most cases, the ARM code is stored in it's own file in the NDS rom structure
-ASM is word aligned (unlike the gameboy, which can be a nightmare with it's 1-3 byte opcodes)
-We know how to read/write from SD with homebrew in DSi mode(?)

What about WiiU DS VC Games the games doesn´t have a Slot1 Card
Yes and that's an emulator, and not to mention the WiiU is more powerful in most ways... we're not trying to emulate we're trying to use the built-in DS function to load the ROMs, which doesn't look like it's going to happen

How did we do it with GBA VC actually? Native hardware as well...

Yeah, the thing is Nintendo gave us a golden ticket for that (by releasing GBA titles on the eShop). GBA isn't an emulator.
The reason doing this appears to be difficult because we don't have anything to help us (like how GBA titles did).
If Nintendo were to release DS games on the eShop, then this would be more easier to achieve.

Why don't we all invest more time in it, who invented the GBA injection? Why don't we ask that guy for help...

wow, i was just looking for a super mario 64 cart for playing in my new 3ds with rendered resolution. It is just out of stock everywhere

well, for the WII/Gamecube scene, people said that it WAS impossible for GC isos be Loaded on the WII, almost close scenarios
(GC mode and wiimodes etc all that fancy stuff)

but hey, brainchild is there! "dIOSmIOS" https://code.google.com/archive/p/diosmios/

DiosMios worked by patching a major section of code responsible for GC compatibility. I doubt such a patch is POSSIBLE on 3DS.

The limitations that we're bumping into for the nds are a little bit different...and I dunno where he fabricated "it may not be possible" from - how I read it is it's certainly POSSIBLE but would likely be extremely difficult to pull off.

We have access to the firm partition responsible for dsi mode, so I don't doubt that someone will eventually take a crack at it. It may be several years down the line, but I think we'll eventually get this working on the ds.

tl;dr - no one (outside of the naysayers) said it was impossible, just extremely difficult, wait for some months/years and we might see it happen.

Has anyone looked at reverse-engineering DLP? It has a button that sends it into DS mode (which that DS mode-rom is probably also a part of it). It looks like it could be LZ compressed

EDIT: nevermind, the DS mode part is a separate title... hmmm
Well, I can't seem to extract contents from the DS side
