Emulation Any Frontend for 3DS?

I assume there's not but I'll ask anyway.
Is there any modest frontend for retro games on 3DS? So the games have at least covers, and maybe background. Raw Retroarch is very ugly and not fun to use.

Twilight gives boxart etc for the sytems it supports.
