Basically I want to know which ds flash card will be best to get with my 3ds's current firmware. Also are there any ds flash cards that can play gba roms on the 3ds with this firmware?

If you want GBA games you can opt for a Supercard DSTwo, which can emulate GBA games on the slot 1. That's actually the only viable solution for GBA games at this point, the other option being the EZ Flash 3 in 1 with a DS flashcart, but you would need a DS lite. The Supercard DSTwo is capable of playing games at firmware 6.3.0.12, though, so rest assured.

Well, from what I've heard from my parents, he had a seizure last night, perhaps an epileptic episode, fucking died, had a near death experience, my dad called the paramedics, they showed up, took him to the hospital, and he woke up covered in tubes, and started complaining.
