That USB loader was to play Wii games, you couldn't play GameCube games on it.

Anyway, I remember Smea saying that something like Nintendont or whatever it's called could be possible, with a lot of effort.

But you'd still need another DS and a way to load custom programs to do that.
Download Play DS mode has RSA checks.
To clarify everything: until you get a TWL firm kernel exploit, this is very unlikely to happen. Or unless you can patch TWL_FIRM...
And ? There are still RSA checks on 3DS Download Play. The DS RSA keys aren't publicly known.

And ? It is, so what ? It isn't going to change anything, and the NDS would still have to load the game in RAM and would end up with not enough RAM.
